inspection of goods:
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify ur place within 7 days of receipt of goods for a replacement (if available), store credit or refund. Please email details of the faulty product request to email@example.com for assistance. Failure to claim within this period constitutes full acceptance of the goods. To expedite claims, please include a detailed description of reason for claim and include any images of faults. When returning an authorised item, it must be in the original packaging in which they were shipped. We do not refund or replace a product that you have received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear or misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions; and ur places Care Instructions, using it in an abnormal way, or not the way the product was intended for use, or failure to take reasonable care. If upon return to ur place it is evident the claim is invalid, a restocking fee may be applied. Any refund is made back to the payment option you used for your original order.

Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
Please ensure you check product measurements, we will not accept returns for items that have been measured incorrectly.
ur place requires 100% payment prior to ordering goods. Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.
Lead times will vary depending on the item ordered and our suppliers turnaround times. We will endeavour to have your item within the specified time frame however some delays may occur that are outside of our control and our suppliers control. We will notify and keep you updated of any delays arising and ur place will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
There may be variations in material, colour, finish, craftsmanship and dimensions between each piece. We will not except returns based on material variations. Please contact us for additional photos and/or videos prior to any items being shipped if applicable.
Delivery fees will be quoted to you based on your item purchased, it’s size, weight and your delivery location and will be in addition to the cost of products purchased. Orders are processed Tuesday to Fridays. Orders received on weekends will be processed the next business day. Handling times for all orders are generally 4 business days from the time of order. Slight delays may occur during holiday or sale periods. A dispatch confirmation email including a tracking number will be sent once the order has been dispatched. All deliveries are made by registered courier and will require a signature, unless you provide authority to leave. If upon delivery cartons are damaged, we ask that you please notify ur place immediately. If the goods are to be delivered to a location other than ground level, then sufficient access must be available by staircase or lift. The customer will be liable for all additional costs incurred. ur place will not accept responsibility for delivery failures or delays by our delivery contractors with items returned due to access limitations. Please ensure you measure access points for product fit.
Warehouse pick up:
Collection is available from our Warehouse during our business hours. In stock Items ordered will be available for collection within 4 business days. Once your goods are packed and ready for collection, you will be notified via email or SMS.
Our products are suitable for domestic use only. ur place does not recommend placing our furniture outside and is not held responsible for any defects or signs of wear that may include but not limited to warping, cupping, stains or cracks. upon inspection, the customer is confirming they have examined the condition of a product.
In the rare case that ur place and / or our supplier cannot fulfil your order due to stock levels/oversold/sold out – ur place will refund any monies paid in full to the customer. We will also endeavour to find an alternate product/s for you to choose from if you wish
